i have little knowledge about CPA and would like to know if one can promote CPA offers without setting up a website? if possible, how will it work esspcially if you want to use PPC to promote the offer?

Yes, it's possible.You may still need domain and hosting for cloacking, tracking software, etc, but depending on the strategy you use it's possible to start without a site or landing page. W

Since you are planing to use PPC, you need to tack the traffic and for safe tracking you need domain and host. But for time being you can use sub-ids to track this traffic but in long run it is not that much advisable.

Yes! You can promote by direct-linking, and track by sub-id. But like the Coach said this is not a viable long-term strategy. To maximize your profits you'll need some sort of tracker, hosting, and a real domain.

you don't need any domain and hosting account for promoting cpa offers with ppc .Because ppc is two url one of them is display url the other is destination url you can write what you want as a domain name at the display url then put your cpa links to destination url it is simple

you can perfectly start out just directlinking on paid traffic sources, as long as you track everything. you can even do this DL'ed with built in software your cpa network uses. You can perfectly manage directlinked ppv campaigns for instance

If you are using an Ad Network then your offers will go to other peoples websites so you would not need one yourself. You do not necessarily need one for tracking as you could use a url shortener. Although this wont track what they did on the website it would provide you with how many clicked on the offer and where they clicked on it from.

You can always promote the cpa offers without a website but that would increase unnecessary hassles.

Buying a domain and low cost hosting is always preferred for any type of online business.

except for people using shared hosting with their tracking install, if you are planning on doing that you can better just dl without tracking of your own.

You can for sure. Just ask your AM if they're okay with you promoting the offer directly without your own landing page.
PPV and PPC can be done without a site... not adwords though.

You can absolutely do this, if you are buying traffic with PPC, you just have to send the traffic directly to the offer (=direct linking) instead of a landing page.

Other ways to driving traffic directly: Youtube links from video descriptions, Signature links (though many forums disallow having affiliate links in the signature), article marketing (you can direct link from the author bio)...

May it is a good way using Clickbank and cheap mass traffic via adf.ly or some other service. It is alway not targeted traffic so the conversion rates will be poor.

But I think many affiliate networks or advertiser don't like or accept directlinking affiliates?

That's the big misunderstanding; people thing about making money on internet and assume you need a site like facebook/google/yahoo to make money don't even think of going big/long term when you can;t make small/short term money

Go with a quality traffic source and a cpa offer. most networks don't have any problem with direct linking btw! but remember that going cheap on traffic usually comes down to a more expenses.
