Traffic Vance Question

Hey, I got my campaign stopped by leadimpcat because of their special relationship with the advertiser. I heard about a lot of succesfull camapigns getting stopped this way.

It is a campaign with a huge potential, it is a toolbar download.

I want to know if traffic vance allows advertising for toolbar download (it doesn't start downloading itself, user requires to click for it and I also use a landing page).

Basically i ask because I don't have TV account yet and I have to know before I raise this 1000$ and get a referer to get into TV.

And enother thing - do TV also know for stopping your campaigns because of "special relationship with the advertiser" (we all know what that means)...
