Maybe you could use the name of your parents or an older brother/sister...

As far as i know most networks require you to be 18 for legal reasons. I know of a few people in your situation that just utilized an older family member to work with networks

You could use your parents name or you can try some offshore cpa networks such as 007cpa. But I haven't worked with them before.

I think you can apply on a business name even if you are under 18 yrs.You will be representing your company and your age or Tax Id does not matter

You usually have to be 18 for legal reasons. If you're legally a minor, you can't enter into legally binding contracts without the consent of a parent or guardian. Your best bet, if you want to keep things legal, is to get a parent or friend to act as the "owner" for your affiliate marketing business and then hire you as an "employee". You might be able to lie to some affiliate companies, but many ask you for tax information and similar, and faking that is considered fraud.

I guess it's the more ethical way to work around this problem, to ask a family member and sign up with his/her details rather than claim to be older than you are. Just my opinion ![]() - Trev |
