Need some help making money from visitors

Hello, I have a website in the spy software niche that is getting 60 to 100 visitors a day organic traffic. I have an affiliate link to spy software which costs about $50. I'm not getting too many conversions. I make $30 for each sale. I made about 8 sales in October and 9 in November. Only 4 in December and this month so far only 1.

I think most of the people that come to the site are looking for something cheaper or free. Or maybe they have cookies from going to the affiliate site from another marketer so I don't get the sale. Anyway yesterday I had 94 visitors and no conversions. I think I need to take a new direction with the site. I want to make at least $10 a day from visitors. That would give me $300 a month from the site and I would be ok with that.

I had an idea of writing an e-book with all the spy software information for many different products in it and selling it on the site for $11 and basically saying that you get information on many different spy software in this report for only $11 and hoping for a sale a day.

The other thought I had was to put an incentivized offer on the site where if someone completes it they get access to this spy software report. I would like your thoughts on how to make as much from these visitors as I can and what the best route to take. Also what cpa company or other site would have an incentivized offer that they can complete that doesn't take too long that pays decent? And what offer do you recommend?

Lastly how would I integrate this incentivized offer into a wordpress site and then send them to my report to download?

I had one last idea. I thought I could collect an email and name from my visitors and send them the report and sell these leads to a spy software company for maybe $2 a lead $1 a lead. Do you know of any spy software companies that would pay me for the leads?

I'd appreciate your feedback on how you would make the most off of these visitors. Like I said I am getting 60 to 100 visitors organic visitors in this niche a day. If you have experience with coming across this situation and what you did you make good money please let me know also. My thoughts are to go with the $11 report or the incentivized offer. Please let me know your recommendations. Thanks.

One easy thing you can do is to implement bonuses from you for the buyer - good video course or ebook would be the best. Tell them to delete their cookies before they buy from you.

Also, your site's appearing and thus low % conversion rate can be responsible for this. PM me with your site's link.
