On the original thread started by Noah, he explains in detail how he does NOT get banned by Google. He actually contacted them directly by email and told them he's an affiliate and where his AdWords ad would land. They showed him how to make it work, if I remember right, anyway, Google officially indicated to Noah that they were happy with him using AdWords as an affiliate with all the affiliate linking.

Here is the original on Cost Per Action cpafix forum, read the replies there also to get some ideas.

Noah didn't get banned but i know some who have so be careful even so this method works well on other PPC platforms
