I hope you are talking about Bing PPC for that you will have to use lander direct linking does n`t work anymore and best way is to test offers and find winners out of them lose some $$ to make big $$$$

bling? bing? They do allow direct linking, but you are going to have a tough time direct linking on Bing. Better ad approval rates, higher conversions by using landing pages.
