How do most of these PPV PPC companies get paid?

Is me not currently having a credit card a bad thing?
You guys who do these big campaigns and scale up and start making very good money, how do you move money back and forth paying these companies, ? I can see this as being theoretically a limiting factor in this business model if its not addressed or taken care of in a timely manner,

I know many of the CPA companies pay weekly, by various methods. but thats only if you are making really good payouts. Otherwise I am not sure how fast most of them pay.

Regardless if you scale up to spending hundreds of dollars per day on ads, I can see this as potentially being an issue at some point

For big payments you'll definately need a creditcard. some ppc/ppv networks take paypal to, but it's generally CC.

It's not hard, once you get weekly payments things are easier. If you don't have a credit card, go buy a visa prepaid at your local retail store.

And it depends on your AM whether they put you on a weekly schedule or not.

Just let him (or her) know that you're paying for your traffic and you can drive more traffic to them if they pay you weekly. Most will do it for you. Their payment schedule that they show are just general guidelines.

Maxbounty puts you on a weekly payment plan once you get your first check automatically so you can apply with them if it's a big issue for you.

I may get a debit card yes, might work might be best to get one from my current bank in the USA

I used to have 3 cc back in 2007
