When the email submit offer converted? Just after the email submit (how CPA Networks says/lies?) or more needed to?

Generally cpa networks don't lie. Sign up in one of the top networks (peerfly, maxbouty, ewa, for example) and you wont get scammed.

Ok, how about this lukepeerfly.com/how-email-zip-submits-work And something else: I asked my friend to fill only email in my offer and I don't see any results in my report (clicks:1, earn: 0,00 $) |

This is the first misunderstanding with email and zip submits. The advertiser is asking for the user’s email on their landing page and they are paying you (our PeerFly publishers) for those leads, but in all actuality those leads are only a part of the process. This is the same with zip submits. It should be obvious that the advertiser does not really want to pay you $1.30 for some random user’s zip code, but rather what comes after that. The lead (user’s email or zip code) is simply a way for the advertiser to start the user down their offer path. They use the email or zip code to weed out people who may not be interested in the gift available if the user pushes their way down the path. Source: lukepeerfly.com/how-email-zip-submits-work

If it is a first page submit then it will convert after the user has entered their details. You'll be able to check which offers you promote before doing so.

The offer should be First Page Submit in order to convert it after first page. Ask your AM about it. |

If it is sated that it will convert o first page then it would have converted if the visitor just fills up the first page and enters the second page but most of time these conversions are scrubbed that is why you will get low conversion rate most of the time.
