I got into CPA a few weeks ago and wanted to ask you guys if you have favorite scripts or software that you use. I wrote my own script to track keywords but that's it.

Do you guys go beyond this?

I'm about to release the ppc coach tracker v2.0, (probably in the next couple days). It has the following features:

1.) Automatic, set and forget, adwords cost data updates, (requires an adwords api key, which are free)
2.) Keyword cloaking
3.) Referrer hiding
4.) Landing page rotator system
5.) Offer rotator system
6.) Campaign/adgroup/keyword level reports to show exact roi for every level
7.) Revenue uploading via .csv file from network
8.) Easy new campaign setup via the campaign launcher on ppc coach OR you can use speedppc
9.) Preloaded with all offers from wotogepa.com to save you time
10.) NO pixel tracking is used at all, (saves you having to get a pixel or tracking code placed on the merchants landing page).

This is basically the best tracker out there period. I am constantly adding new features too and the next big update is already going to be the "rules" feature which will allow you to set your "rules" for each campaign and the tracker will give you a report everyday of which keywords, (for search) and which adgroups, (for content) that need adjusting. Future developments will have it automatically make those adjustments too, but we need to let yahoo and msn catch up a bit in the api department before we implement this.

After that, it will make your breakfast, serve it to you in bed with your morning paper and slippers...

For tracking use xtreme conversion.
For PPC optimization and to pass google tests use this software, cbonlineshopper.com/ppc
