Which Adnetwork Plugin For WP Is Best?

Hi im wanting to sell ads on a news style wp blog. Im wondering what the best network and plug-ins are? I do not want to use adsense, chikita etc. I purely want to sell the ad spots directly.

Can anyone offer some advice please?

Im not sure if I want type of revenue method I want to go for (PPC, CPM etc) but because it is a new site it will not have much traffic to begin with so id prefer a solution that allows me to either segment my ad types and or switch later.

Help is much appreciated.

If you are getting good amount of traffic to your blog, BuySellAds and Blogads such do well for you.
