The first thing you should do is search for information about GPT sites and how they work. The next thing you need to do is choose a script to use for your site. Personally, I wouldn't use anything but ShiftCode because of their tracking, fraud protection, tech support, etc. And, for the month of March, you can get your package at a 50% discount. After you get your site set up you need to apply to networks to get offers. Then you can launch and have members sign up.
