CPA offer insight

Hi,

Just curious from some CPA guru's on here. I've got a website that I will be driving traffic too soon.

Basically I'm wanting to drive people to a landing page and get them to become users/fill out a form.

What specific things would you look for in a good CPA offer? My goal would be to get at least 5,000 targeted visitors to the page each month and convert at least 3% of them.(it's a free offer, legit site, etc).

At that conversion rate I could likely pay about $30 per conversion/action.

Impossible to say without seeing the site and your demographics.
