Neverblue (hard to get into but will try)

Anyone else you think is GOOD CPA program, well managed good support, good payouts, etc and wont be hugely difficult for newbies to get into, please feel free to recommend

I'm also starting out and I think that you should only conventrate on 1 of those networks and try to make money with one of them. Those that you stated have the best reviews so stick with the one that has more offers/pays more.
