Can anyone please tell me how to market cpa products using these emails?

It would help to explain what you mean by CL emails. Are they the email addresses CL generates to email the ad creators?

Or are they responses to an ad you posted? If this is the case, then whatever you send, it won't convert unless it is at least related to the ad you posted.

they are emails that are from email extractors.

ex: sales-qwer-1343423(at)craigslist(dot)com

Hey,

Unfortunately Craigslist now has many spam filters to block message from people like us trying to promote something to the advertisers on Craigslist. That's why they are using this kind of a redirect you mentioned:

sales-qwer-1343423(at)craigslist(dot)com

When you send something to this email address, it gets redirected to the advertiser's own email address.

If you send the very same message to many people all at once, they will get blocked by the CL in-house spam-filtering system. Also, if you are sending from the same email address, they will get blocked as well.

So what you could possibly do is to create dozens of email addresses and craft out a lot of message copies to promote CPA offers to the advertisers whose email addresses you got. Make sure to only promote CPA offers that are allowed to be promote through email.

All in all, I really don't know whether this is worth the work.
