I've got a more than 60,000 email adds on textfile, and i was wondering how can i market cpa offers using them.

please help me answer these questions:

1. What program do I use in sending these email list of mine?
2. Can I use outlook in sending an email to them?
3. Can I use a normal email like 123456.1239(at)gmail(dot)com in sending the emails?

60K, If you can prove to godaddy that they were opt ins, you can buy a dedicated server and the email service, then have them give you 60k relays and start blasting away. Like most services they will however shut you down if your bounce rate exceeds 1/10th of 1% so make sure to validate using any of the verification packages out there (they sell for about $60 USD). buy small vps server. then create mass mailing script. i think php mailer is helpful to you. or you can find a better php developer.
then send emails.
