$1k to invest?

Hi, I'm new to CPA, I've been reading around for a while, I would like your opinions what would be the best step for me to make, I have money to invest. At the moment I'm thinking of signing upto a CPA and promoting offers throught PPC and try find a winning campaign, would this be the best route for me to make?

first select suitable free offers. get a domain and create landing page.
promote that landing page.

Thanks that is what i had mind. what about promoting landing page through tweetattacks and social networks sites, is this quite a powerfull tool for conversions?

It is a very powerful way to drive traffic to your landing page. It then matters how you have set everything up and the offers you choose. Remember test different offers and see the results. Then you will want to choose what offers you want on your landing page.
