Do you direct link with cpv traffic?

I want to start using mediatraffic to send visitors to my cpa offers.
Which way would be better to go about this? Direct link to my affiliate link, or create my own landing page to send them to the offer?

I just feel like if I send them to my landing page, then the offer, that its to much clicking and they will lose interest.

What do you guys think?

yes, i direct link a lot of my offers

Depends on offers. Some bigger niche I'll create a lander.

Normally, I directlink gaming or submits offer

Which ad networks allow you to do this?

You aren't required to build a LP. I normally start out split testing a landing page vs direct linking. You really never know what will work until you test it.

Every time ive tried to direct link my campaigns get rejected. I thought it was because of the direct linking, what else could it be?

It might be rejected because the landing page has something against the terms and service of the PPV network. For example, PPV networks do not allow you to link to pages that span a pop-up window. Some networks with not let you link to "download" CPA offers where teh user is required to donwload software. Review the T & C's of teh network that is rejecting you and I think you will find your answer.
