How would you monetize a coupons site? CPA offers? get their email addy somehow? I assume you guys dont think much of Adsense payouts, right?

say its for restaurant coupons of some type,

You can monetize Coupons EASILY with Content Lockers, when traffic clicks to "reveal" the coupon code, you can have a Content Locker easily pop up, and monetize the coupon!

I understand content lockers but
what do you use to unlock it? you put some type of email or zip submit?

If you already have CPA account and your site is getting traffic, you can find relevant CPA offer and put banner on your site or like AdWorkMedia said you can use content locker so your traffic must complete survey before get coupon.

same with cpalead, Blamads, Adgate and adcend as well,

CPAlead i know pays, Adscend no experience but when a network is listed for months with a few comments then starts gaining 5 to 10 a day for like 2 weeks i tend to think a new incentive offer was put into place, Adworks no experience so no comment, Blam Ads i Know pays, Adgate i know pays
