CTR whats normal for you

Do you even pay attention to CTR for campaigns?
or do you just say, Ok I spent 10 dollars on this, I got 13 dollars in sales, boom, its profitable

time to scale it up

For me as long as I get ROI then what I will do is optimize my campaign to get more profit

This totally depends on your marketing platform and goals. Your CTR Ranges enormously. This is what I've found. Somewhere in between these ranges would be success. The high end is very good, the low end is just hanging in there.

Content Network? .001% - 2.50%
Search? .50% - 10% CTR - Range from page 2-1. Depends on position and ad copy
Banner Ads? .001%-1.00%

Imagine that you are paying $1 per 1000 impressions (CPM)..
If you had a:

0.1 %ctr
1 click per 1000 impressions
cpc = $1

0.5 %ctr
5 click per 1000 impressions
cpc = $0.2

1.0 %ctr
5 click per 1000 impressions
cpc = $0.1

etc..
So yes, it does matter with ctr and even if you pay per click, it does matter, because if you have a low ctr, the advertising network won't run your ads.

I do kind of a combination of what you are saying. I will look at a campaign that I spent $10 on and made $13, and know I have a profitable campaign. But then I'll dig into that campaign and see what I can do to make it even more profitable.
