Today I got a message From LeadBolt

It's probably bad for some affiliates. But for a network, i think it's a good move for their long term survival. The U.S. government just shut down megaupload for Copyright Infringement!!

I can imagine that a lot of networks will be following suit with this in light of what has happened to the Megaupload guys, as well as with all of the SOPA stuff going on.

The SOPA / PIPA thing and the closing of Megaupload certainly caused a big stir on the Internet as a whole. Its perfectly normal that networks want to stay on the safe side.

why not add your own content locker? Cut out the middle man, lock what ever you want too. Use Incentive offers get more more money and total freedom of the content you lock.

I have one that is paid and all hosted. If you need to use it let me no, free of charge of course

You can add all of your offers in geo target them, use what ever template I have 100s of templates for it.

I rarely use so is collecting dust to be fair.

The license is not transferable, so cant have it but you can use it all you want.

I like how Leadbolt acts all innocent and makes it like it was following copyright law all along and is warning members who flout this rule that their account will be suspended. Much like what cpalead did.

I've been wondering about the use of copyrighted material so when a friend asked me about using YouTube video I went digging. My findings became a blog post on YouTube and Adsense and copyright, I was enlightened and now fell very comfortable with using copyrighted materials (from YouTube anyway) in my blog and other sites. Hopefully my research will help other marketers and give them more tools to make money with.
