Default Landing Pages and Confusion

Needless to say after my question I am very new and inexperienced with CPA marketing. I read an e book that set out an entire plan and step by step to promote these different CPA offers and was instructed to use a blog. I have also seen people using landing pages for each different offer. I am wondering what is the best way to go and what the difference is? Also if I were to use landing pages is that what I tell the network that I am applying? Any and all input and assistance is appreciated

If you are in PPV a landing page is 99,99% better because the ads are displayed in 750x550 or something like that, so it is very important...

I have been learning from this guy (ppvtrafficassault dot com). Watch his webinar and it will be easy to learn

I've had profitable ppv campaigns directlinked. As long as the advertisers page loads quick enough and the CTA fits the popup you'll be fine.

It really depends on your traffic source, your offers and what technique you are planning on using. Do you know how you plan on driving traffic?

I was just out there doing research and found out people are out sourcing their traffic for leads. The site I saw this is on was Freelancer.com and in their job post they post strict rules of what and where the leads can and can't be. Some post a small piece of the lead payment say 50 cents and some want to pay flat rate say for 500 sign ups. They were doing this with free one page or e mail offers and for dating sites, the employer also posts they won't pay worker until their paid from the network, to insure all submissions are real and valid. The employer also posted that they would provide the landing pages and that is where this question was thought of, sounds like an interesting idea. Any input?

I am in no way disagreeing with both of you, I am very new to this subject of CPA marketing. But I don't understand why its bad for someone to outsource getting traffic to a location. They were not posting for people to help scam with bad e mail address'. Is it wrong if I wanted to spend the money and have someone build a website or a landing page. What if I had a sales program where you had to telemarket after getting info online. Would it be bad to outsource the telemarketing portion of the business? I don't think it would be wrong or bad to do that, so if I don't know a lot about getting traffic why is it wrong to hire someone who does? Again I don't think your incorrect I am just unclear why that would be wrong. Please remember I am very new to CPA and maybe that is why I fail to see the problem, please help correct my ignorance. Thanks in advance.
