There's quite a bit of help on this topic right here on the forum. But many of the tips given don't really go in depth into the approval process or even why things are the way they are with CPA Networks.

Well I really looking for such information as I always fail to get in bigger networks but after reading your e-Book I feel I could now get it in any network without any issue!

Country origin is a keypoint, though not the only one

I place emphasis on the country where traffic is going to be targeted - and not necessarily the country an affiliate is from (for example, an affiliate in the Philippines targeting US traffic). At any rate, I think it's well known in the CPA marketing industry that targeting the US and other English-speaking countries is where most of the money is at
