Pizza coupon traffic?
would you send it to the few pizza CPA offers? any way to see how offers convert , do sponsors publish that, or only top converters?

You could do cpa offers for restuarant gift cards. Most CPA networks will publish the earnings per click of each offer. You could also use adsense on your landing page.
