Quick Question About Max Bounty Payments

I know I could ask my affiliate manager about this, but it's early in the day and I want a quick answer. I also searched(here and in the Max Bounty help/FAQ) and couldn't find a definitive answer.

I am on weekly payments via Paypal(I qualified a couple of years ago) and my threshold is $100. I went over that, and in my account it says:-

Balance In ($0)
Earned(Amount I have earned during last week) (Commissions from 2012/1/15 to 2012/1/21)
Balance Out(Amount I have earned during last week)

But there is no 'paid' there

It's been a couple of years since I have been active with Max Bounty, so I'm confused about what constitutes a week(i.e Monday to Sunday, Wednesday to tuesday etc. ) and how long after that payment is made.

Any help much appreciated

For anyone else who might be wondering the same thing:

Our weekly payments are now available to all affiliates, regardless of size (there are a few small eligibility criteria - meeting the minimum threshold, receiving electronic payments, and receiving one regular payment).

Our pay week is Saturday through Sunday and payments are sent Wednesday (weekly net 3).

This is what is great about Maxbounty, it really helps affiliates with low budget get the ball rolling, unfortunately not too many CPA networks are doing it...net 15 sucks guys!
