The hard part about getting approved in CPA is getting the first one. When I apply for new ones I also mention the other ones I belong to and that seems to help. I belong to CPALead but what I don't like is that they not too long ago prohibited the promotion of direct links. They basically left you only with the option of blocked content. My favorite is YeahCPA, good offers and weekly payouts (net 4 days every Thursday) straight to PayPal and the cash out is only $50 minimum. God bless!

If you can't get accepted into a network that probably means you are doing something wrong.

If you have some sort of legitimate website (doesn't even have to be related to what you are promoting), put in appropriate stuff in each of the fields, and when they call you (or when you call them) you don't sound like a scammer you will almost always get accepted. Even if you are a newbie.

Too many times affiliates try to "get over" on the Networks. The networks know this - so they flat out decline your application. Networks don't care if you're a newbie. They just don't want scammers. another tip to get approved from my experience is use business email not personal email.
example: customerservice@xxx.com works great

Just use your own site or no site when applying. Just be truthful when applying and dont use anyone elses site.
