HTML HELP RE CPA

Hi,

Below ive attached a link from Dandingo which ivve tried putting on my site as HTML but its not working, I contacted the web host and they said theres a problem with link. I then contacted Dandingo but after 3 weeks ive had no response.

Can anyone tellme if theres a problem with this link? It should appear as a banner.

Just use the codes at the beginning and end nothing else.
