This ad targets 144,220 users Suggest bid is $0.14 - $0.39 and my bid is $0.20 I have been running this ad for 2 days now and campaign only reached 4 people. What is going on? all my other campaign has been like stopped also. The other campaigns reached around 20k people a day with around 50-100 clicks a day. |

Perhaps Facebook has detected your activity and disabled your ads somehow. Quite an intrigue.

I would try to pause and re-run the entire campaign to see if this is a kind of temporary maintenance somehow. If this does not help, I would suggest replacing text or pic and starting a new one.

Create totally new campaign. Making another ad in same campaign behaves just like what you described.

Try increasing your bid price to see what happens

Increasing your bid price should help. Do it gradually.

How many ads in the campaign? Normally I always overbid to start off a campaign, but set the daily budget lower. The reason behind this is Facebook will start to show your ad sooner since you are bidding so high (I bid more than the suggested bid). This will allow you to build a a CTR and then you can start to lower you bids based on the CTR. So I bid high, low daily budget. If you don't do a low daily budget you can get hundreds of clicks in the matter of seconds and pausing can take another couple mins so you could spend hundreds of dollars in a very short time if you don't cap the daily budget lower. And sometimes if you bid higher (in my experience) conversions are not as good, but when you lower the bid conversions get higher. Its possible Facebook will show your ad at a higher position when you bid higher getting clicks that may not be as interested... Just a theory. Report back, let us know how it goes!

I've noticed Facebook is sensitive to change... if you leave something running for 2 weeks or so with no changes, they will slowly reduce ad delivery. Thought about switching to CPM bidding? |

I had a client with an approved campaign that was very successful... and when he resubmitted the same campaign it was rejected over 20 times. I don't think Facebook has it together... seems very arbitrary to me. |

Same. I had few campaigns that got rejected by switching CPC and CPM. They don't even allow to edit the ad so I had to create a new one.

Only because the campaign wasn't moving and I HATE waiting for a campaign to get started lol.. maybe it wasn't necessary, but just increase bid to double or more and see what happens (only if u have to).. This will atleast get the ad going, a CTR, and you will always be charged less than what you bid, when u bid so high.

I would try to add 5 cents to the max suggested bid. Don't be afraid to bid high.
