Default Are CPA Ads Right For My Website?

I've been using adsense (amazon as well for product reviews) on my site for a while now and can't even get 1% CTR. I've tried so many different things, and I believe on of the main problems is my niche (fewer ads=not as targeted). So, I'm considering starting CPA ads instead. I don't know much about it, but am willing to learn and test stuff out. Can you make decent money through CPA with any kind of niche? Comments and suggestions welcome. My site is: motocrosshideout.com

You could try to Content Lock your articles in your DIY section. We just launched a wordpress plugin that could help you out with that! However, the most important thing for your blog will be to grow it, since you will need traffic to increase any earnings!

I agree on what you said sir. We really need to have a lot of traffic to our site to increase earnings in CPA and in affiliate sites..

Probably it is your ad space. Change the Ad space and track the CTR. Also, you can use some CPA offers to see how it works.

What's content lock? I'm getting about 15k visitors a month, and is usually rising. Omid, what exactly do you mean by ad space?

I think you can try other placement of adsense, but if you've tweaked your site that way, then I think you can either lock the content but if you think it's not working, I think cpalead has the "spotlight tool" that may suite your blogging/ content site.. build forums, sell advertisign space there.

I have tried many spots and types for adsense ads. Top right/left of content, sidebars, header, in middle of content, below content, text, image...
What is locking the content?

I think the only way to know is to try it out.. I'd research the demographics of your site, then to try find some offers that would fit those demographics.. or even take a look at what types of ads that were on your site with the adsense ads and come up with something similar to try

I had the same problem, usually it's because of the niche you chosen. try cpa, you can make decent money through it. and maybe try other cpc networks like adbrite and lijit
