I just had an interesting conversation with an ABC ad sales rep... Promoting our local business below the fold will have 280,000 local views....

She wouldn't or couldn't give me the average clicks on a similar advertisement...

Total cost is $199 per month.. 6 month contract and then month to month after that...

Average life time value for the right target customer is $2,000... if we target the specific customer and get one conversion in 6 months... we profit $800... as a business... however... i think I can make a profit by charging per lead...

I know PPC coach has a local business advertising program... I wonder if there is an opportunity for affilliate marketers to get in on local businesses...

Of course it would require someone to get off the computer and make sales calls to local businesses... more so like a marketing company I guess...
