Which ad networks do you suggest wihch are certified for using google content network for small media buyings?

I think its hard to find any and they could be harder than google to get your ads approved with them.

Have you tried Adperium, sitescout, or adhitz?

I didn't try them.I found Adready.com but don't know their service

Adbuyer.com has access to them
All networks that have access to the DoubleClick exchange can advertise through Google's display network.
