I have few websites in health niche, each getting more than 1000 US visitors daily in the age group 18-26 years. Can you please advise some offers that can work with this sort of traffic?

Most of the traffic is from smartphones and iPads.

conversion: 0

It seems that the people are just not interested in this offer!

I have had luck with blogging about custom facebook timeline themes and requiring the visitor to like or re-tweet my website in order to access the content. This gets lots of steady traffic, then you can hit the visitor with the content locker.
