surpression lists

hey guys,

I have just signed up with some CPA affiliate networks and seen some offers I thought I might promote and build some landing pages for.

Some of these require the respondants be screened against a surppression list which is huge - aweber say that their surppression list capability is not designed for such large lists.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fulfill these requirement ?
