LeadImpact forbidden Targets ?

Is there a list of prohibited URLs ?
like for example

fbi.gov
nsa.gov
google.com
[...]

I'm not too sure what you mean by forbidden, but LeadImpact does tend to run a lot of in-house campaigns.

Basically they choose whatever number of URLs to promote their affiliate offer to, and then they stop advertisers from bidding on those URLs.

It sucks for the advertisers, but LI has the power to do this.

Their traffic, their rules.

they wouldn't let me target weightwatchers.com. I don't know if they have a list of prohibited urls.

I think they do have a list. They also have a list of forbidden offers which they run internally.
