I have promoted a couple of affiliate offer with Lead Impact and for me it didn't work out that well.

Usually extremely low conversions. I would only use it to send traffic to a high converting squeeze page to build a list. But even then, I'd watch the costs closely. It's usually very low quality traffic.

I've built several lists using CPV traffic. List building is the best way to go with this kind of traffic.

Agreed.

There is a lot of variables with CPV traffic. If you can figure it out (each CPV company works a little differently) then you can do well.

But I wouldn't suggest going into this if you're just starting a campaign. It can be good for certain lead gen offers. Even for a couple straight sales but its a very finicky traffic source. And you can burn up a lot of money testing it properly.

One of the problems with CPV is if someone is good, they can buy all the quality traffic out. Meaning it can be difficult to waltz in and get the same traffic someone else is raving about.

i think cpv or ppv is very expensive traffic, like $10 cpm or $5 cpm. you really have to know what you are doing

For me they never worked. i spent 35$ and after 21 days i got one conversion of 13$. i suggest not to use CPV. the traffics are not really targeted.

CPV/PPV is not that easy to make it work, a lot of testing and tweaking is required. But it's not true that their traffic is not targeted. CPV traffic is highly targeted if you know what you are doing. Bizop, gaming & dating offers are always doing well with cpv traffic.

CPV means cost per view. It's basically a forced click popup.

The prices are usually way too expensive for the results because the inventory is very, very small. Only company that has any major inventory is TrafficVance... and that's even shrinking.

No one wants adware on their 'puter.

no clicks, i assume you used a landing page? did you test different pages?, thats an insanely bad CTR, you would normally get a few clicks even if just accidental clicks, many people don't like adon traffic, but i don't understand 0 clicks from 3k impressions, something is wrong there

i have tested 6-8 offers but the result is bad for all . I see in my cpa account and go to report page . I look get 3k click but why without conversion . I ask question to this forum and get the answer that each impression of my ads be enconsidered a click by cpa network.

yes. if you direct link, then you affiliate url is displayed so that will show as a click in your report. as for 0 conversions its just a case of testing, i think the first thing to do is use a landing page then see how many people are actually clicking through to the offer url. and maybe try a different platform like lead impact

lead impact is better traffic, if you have $200 to deposit and test with, if you dont have alot of money then i suggest you stay away from ppv until you have more, because it can be difficult to find a good campaign

The problem with CPV is that there is not much traffic and all the advertisers tend to be the lead gen and product companies themselves. For example all the EDU companies have bought out the EDU keywords, many times at a LOSS... to corner the market.

Traffic Vance is not the only CPV company with decent volume.

It's like any traffic source - it's not magic where you'll flip a switch and be profitable, but there's great money to be made there. $x,xxx per day profit is very achievable with CPV.

It's working OK for me.

It wasn't profitable out of the gate and I'm not doing big numbers yet by any means because I just started doing CPA about a week ago, but yesterday I spent $41.95 and made $100.50.

I'm not new to CPV though. I first tested it when Lead Impact used to be Zango and I've used Lead Impact to generate subscribers in the internet marketing niche for under a buck a piece in the past.

I've had more luck with CPV than PPC, so I can't complain.

Most people just think about cpv and list building or cpa but there are loads of other things you could promote with this traffic source.

Build custom cpv landing pages and use your imagination.

I have massive volumes of CPV traffic and I find this format most profitable to my affiliates! As we provide massive volumes of targeted traffic to your campaign, ive seen many results based upon many variables like creativity of the landing page? optimization on the back end etc! From my experience most of my top affiliates at $50-100,000 a month spend are running CPV Traffic! My team works with higher quality sources so your ads are only shown to relevant users for a stronger percentage for conversions! lets talk more skype: sharongunggo1975

@proMTG i agree, the best converting offers i have seen with my affiliates are the guys that build their own custom landers, works like a charm! and their ROI is astronomical!
