Default Question about incentive offers

I noticed by reading few reports, these offers can be guaranteed to make revenue.

The method that report say is you pay per lead for them to sign up like insurance quotes or dating sites.

Is this legal??

Yes, of course its legal. However, not all incent offers work...

Several companies tried things like incent for insurance, all went out of business, the leads tend to be junk.

There are some scummy networks (no names) that promote these offers incent without the advertisers permission.

Hi Pace,

I read your PMI Blog... quick question, do you own/operate a GPT or Incent site at all... I read the article with Mr. Ditzel and thought maybe you were in the business...

kind regards,

Hugh

If advertiser allow this then it is legal. But most of the advertiser wont allow cash incentive.

That depends on what network you use. Campaign Creatives has over 400 incentive offers, and most of them allow cash incentives when they're listed on GPT sites. The rest of the offers allow points.

CPAlead does accept incent traffic, however we do not allow cash incentive. Just wanted to clear that up for everyone

What the advertiser ALLOWS has nothing to do with it being LEGAL.

What is LEGAL has to do with the LAW.
