| Hi Warriors, I am looking for a good CPM network to use for my site, currently getting around 150k+ visitors per day, have two banners pulling over 400 per day. Pageviews is about 2.5 per user. CPM is around $1.2 dollars, is this considered high? What networks would I be best to use? |

Check out ValueClick Media, Burst Media, Blue Lithium and Tribal Fusion. I'm on the first 2 I mention. Very good networks although CPM income nowadays can tend to be a bit anemic. You also may want to look into directly selling your ad space. Of course, this would require that you have your own ad server (or a hosted one). If so, look into Open X. Big G has a solution for this as well although I forget the name. As far as to whether or not $1.2 CPM is high... well, that depends. It may be just "ok" if you're getting that for a leaderboard that's all the way at the bottom of a page (below the fold). Different formats can fetch more. For example, Interstitals, Pop-Unders, and standard 300 x 250 pay much more - but it all depends. If you get into this game, it can be greatly profitable. You just have to find the right "formula" for your site. This basically involves rotating banners through multiple networks, defaulting to Adsense if necessary, knowing which of your pages generate the most income, which ones don't, etc. It's a bit of work - but again, it can be quite profitable especially for a high-traffic site such as yours. - Jay |

Ah k, right now it is just two banners (leaderboards) near the centre of two different page (pages with no scroll as well). CTR around 1.7 and 4 percent. Have signed up with ValueClick, will give them a test run. Thanks |

Hi Toby, We recommend you try speaking with a few different networks and see what they can offer you. If we are not talking about branding, the easiest way to get network to see your CPM price is worth the investment is to start a small test with them in Rev-Share, that way the network you will work with will get the chance to see that you mean business. Good luck! |

I would say ValueClick or TribalFusion would be best for ya. There's also one or two more, but I can't think of them off the top of my head. |

Got rejected from most, oddly, no reason, will search elsewhere. Might even just sell banner space. I think because the site is only 4 weeks old, so not much data available anywhere. eg. alexa. Visits 2,586,279 this month so far. Pages/Visit 2.85 Page views over 7 million. Will get to 10 million for the month. |

![]() Also, maybe you can try to monetize your traffic with CPA offers or content locking. | |

That is insane amount of traffic for 4 weeks! Congrats! I would try tribal fusion, casale media, burst media, valueclick media. Tribal fusion is the holy grail for cpm ads, they pay quite well but have really high requirements. The rest are good alternatives that pay a good mount and their requirements are easier to reach. Good luck!

Toby, Sounds like you're doing a great job and $1.00+ is solid in the unsold inventory realm. It sounds like you've got some solid recommendations so far but i'd love to get in touch about being part of your chain and the partners you're testing. Are you using an adserver yet to start to dial in your geos and frequency caps across multiple providers? |
