Default CPA Prosperity Warning

I recently filled out an application to join the CPA Prosperity network. I waited two days for them to contact me, and on the third I took action and contacted them. I made several calls and reached only a voice-mail system. I then sent a polite email asking for them to contact me. Their Contact Us page has an AIM account, so I attempted to contact them through AIM Chat. No response.

Several hours later I noticed their AIM was signed on, so I attempted contact once more.

Here is the chat transcripts of the conversation.

Quote:
Me: Hello, is anyone available?05:20:21 PM
cpaprosperity: hi05:20:29 PM
Me: Wow, finally.05:20:34 PM
Me: I filed an application a few days ago. I sent an email, called over a dozen times, and have been sending messages over AIM every few hours.05:21:22 PM
Me: I was wondering if I could talk with a representative about my application.05:22:20 PM
cpaprosperity: wtf05:24:00 PM
cpaprosperity: this is first time you have contacted me05:24:07 PM
cpaprosperity: who have you been sending aim messages to every few hours?05:24:29 PM
Me: Is that really important? Or can we discuss business like professionals do?05:24:51 PM
cpaprosperity: i dont do business with liars05:25:07 PM

cpaprosperity: who have you called over 12 times?05:27:00 PM

Me: Telephone: (678) 671-4465 05:27:25 PM
Me: Email: info(at)cpaprosperity (.com)05:27:48 PM
Me: And email as well05:27:51 PM
Me: This seems to be a waste of my time, as well as yours. I'll be sending a complaint as well as transcripts of this conversation to CPA Prosperity. 05:28:32 PM
Me: Good luck with your business.05:28:43 PM
Roughly two minutes after this conversation ended, I received a call from another one of their representatives. He introduced himself, and I told him I was no longer interested in joining their network as I was just harassed by one of their rep's over chat.

As soon as my phone call ended, I received threats from their Chat Representative, as follows. . .

Quote:
cpaprosperity: LOL you are the one who came at me with a negative attitude05:52:27 PM
cpaprosperity: and saying lies05:52:31 PM
cpaprosperity: i will be glad to add your application to the industry fraud blacklist05:52:51 PM
cpaprosperity: 05:52:58 PM
Me: Please cease contact with me05:53:01 PM
Me: This conversation has been saved in my trasncripts05:53:11 PM
The image that isn't loading is a smiley with a tongue sticking out. (In case anyone asks)

I have never had any issue with a CPA network until now, and I still can't believe I was threatened for trying to make contact. I have forwarded the entire conversation to their primary contact email, as well as my lawyers (In case the threat is followed).

I figured I would inform people here, in case anyone was thinking of signing up with them in the near future.

Payback for what? Being excited that I made contact?

Yeah, that's total BS on their part. They should only add you to the fraud blacklist if you are actually committing fraud but you weren't even approved yet. That's total retaliation and revenge.

Thanks for the heads up. Here's a list of CPA networks that I belong to and highly recommend because they act with professionalism...

PeerFly
YeahCPA
CuttingEdgeOffers
CPALead
CPAPark

God bless!
