Some Advice / Help

Hope all is well and just some advice as feel a little lost and not sure how to move ahead.

Ive been here for some time and I feel that CPA is the way forward for me..read a lot etc etc and made the stop to make it happen.

Became a peerfly affil and tried my first campaign on youtube – made an animoto video and linked it to a freeipad 2 offer

Ive had over 2000 views and not even a single conversion for email submit.

Im just a little lost, possibly disappointed and just wanted some advice on how to make this all work.

I don't have experience sending traffic from youtube, but from what I heard, you need a lot of work and many videos...and the most important thing - try to make the video related to the offer or viceversa.

2000 views are not much, how many views you got for the offer?

Don't give up, starting up is the hardest part.

Only 3-4% people reach to their goal and make money online and difference among those are only this that lot of people get disappoint and other try again to make it happen. Don't give up mate, try again and then again. Minimize the mistakes and you'll be successful

Try like this(what I did at the beginning):

1. Find 3 money making methods that seems profitable, easy to get started and have real proof that works for other people(and not those "reviewers", search on forums and check the users who tried the methods and worked - in this way you'll spot the "cheaters" and you can always send them a mail/PM to help you with more details)

2. Depending on your time, you can split your day in 3 to work on these methods... like morning I'm working on this, on noon on this and evening on this. If the time is a problem or you get bored quickly, you can mix things up, but set goals for each method and make sure you achieve them.

3.Set daily/weekly/monthly milestones.

4.Try all of them 1-2 weeks and see which works, which is more profitable and dump the rest. After that, focus on that method and bank huge

The idea is that, trying multiple methods in the same time even if it looks harder, the chances for one to work is much higher than sticking to one method at a time. It also helps you to not get bored doing the same thing. The main problem is that people are giving up after first or second try. This is because they choose the wrong method or they don't have enough patience and loses any motivation they have if they don't see just a tiny positive result. Working at 3 different things will help you stay motivated because, at least one may produce results.

Hi Gonnamakeit,
First of all congratulations for getting to a the point that you started making things happen!

Second, as others have mentioned: 2,000 views are really a low amount, although this is different than display banner traffic- any type of traffic needs some time to convert.

Sometimes your campaign will lose money before it starts making you money. That’s just the way it goes. Keep at it, make some slight changes and see what has a positive effect on the results you are getting.
