Promoting Coprighted Companies

So I'm promoting a product for a copyrighted company on the Microsoft Ad Network and they are not letting me use the copyrighted company name on a text ad...

So for the URL display I came up with copyrightedcompanyonline dot com

and they seemed to accept that.. however if I go live with the campaign could I be banned for this?

How do you guys promote copyrighted companies on the Microsoft Ad Network?
