Hi all, I have been an affiliate with a CPA Network called Optimal fusion, they are a good company and many people written great reviews about it. A few days ago they sent me an email saying that they made a new interface system and all links of our campaigns should be pulled from their new system. The problem is that when I tried to login to their new interface my user name and Password don't work and I am sure that it they are 100 % correct even when I click on Forget password and I enter my user name the page also tells me invalid username, the user name and password still works on the old interface, which I have bookmarked. They have also mentioned in their email that the old links will be deactivated on the 13th of February, and I still cannot login to my campaigns on the new system. I have sent them emails many times but until now there is no reply, so if anyone here has an account with optimal fusion and faced this problem, or anyone who has experienced with such situation, I would appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks |

If you have an affiliate manager with the network, hit him/her up by mail or AIM (AIM is used in most cases to contact AMs). If you can, try calling them and explain to them you can't access your account anymore. |
