Hi friends, I am CPA newbie and I need help. Can anyone tell me how to get free targeted traffic that converts (because I still have no money to invest).

I do not expect from these free methods to earn thousands of dollars, but enough to start.

Hey man, how's it going?

First off, let me tell you you are on the right track. You are starting with traffic, that's correct. Just don't forget you have to offer them what they want or what interests them to make money.

As for the free traffic generation methods: You can do article marketing, Youtube marketing or video marketing in general, forum posting with affiliate links or links to a lander in the signature, social networking like Facebook (Facebook pages, for example) and Twitter... You can also try Craigslist, but be aware most networks reject Craigslist traffic, so first contact your AM and explain to him/her the way you are going to generate traffic for him/her to approve it.

Exactly as Tenvor said, Criagslist is not a good traffic source, it would be better if you discuss your traffic source to your AM and then look what sources you can use to drive free tarffic to your offers.
Just want to add SEO here, SEO is also a big source of free traffic which you can use to drive traffic to your offers.

I suggest that once you make money with the above methods recommended warriors, you should invest some of your profit into Media buys where you add your banner for your CPA offer to a high traffic website.

Hey, you can use web 2.0 properties like Squidoo, Hubpages, Ezine, etc. too. They are free.

Thanks guys for tips.

I currently use YouTube to generate traffic to my blog, and there I offer to download list and I explained how to use the list (to download list you must finish survey), and I am got 286 clicks on that link but only three filled in the survey.

Does anyone know how to get more views to my videos, and how to get better results with those videos.

Or does anyone have step by step tips.

Hello barickiza,

I looked at your YouTube video (How to get hundreds of FB fans for free) & have some tips for you. I liked it. When you make other videos, make sure that you have a Channel page for each major subject (much like you would a blog). Also consider promoting your YouTube video much like you would a blog. For example, use commenting, forum posting & linking up with other YouTubers in exchange for you promoting their video.

Most of the big guys use some sort of automation to promote their videos. You'd have to purchase a script upfront or pay a monthly subscription fee. It would be worth it to save you time & since everyone is doing it - you are behind - before you start, unless you use automation as well. You could also purchase a few contracts from Fiverr & have them put it on Traffic Geyser for you.

You could make a sequence of training videos to get fans on FB. There are many methods. Make a different channel for each subject. I noticed that you have about 52 videos & many different subjects. What do people do when they're confused?? They no nothing.

I also noticed that you have over ten thousand views on your FB subject. This is very good & I expect YouTube to ask you to be a part of their advertising network soon - if they haven't already.

Make sure you have a call to action ON your video. You should leave some "dead space" before you end each video (maybe about 30 seconds or so). Place your website name (or whatever you'd like the customer to do) before your video ends. Maybe put an arrow pointing down to where you want them to click. If you don't do this, the video ends & YouTube has already promoted other videos (as in NOT your stuff).

SEO is certainly king of all free traffic, do doubt about that, but it's actually a little more difficult than the other "bum" methods... So if you are brand new to CPA marketing, my advice would be start with something really easy to implement, make your first money and invest it to your business. If you want to be doing SEO then, consider investing in some SEO tools... If you want paid traffic, go that way.

But if I were just starting out, I would not start with SEO. Don't get me wrong, it's a great traffic source and everyone who is here for the long term should be doing it, but without any money to spend on tools and no experience and knowledge, it can be suicidal!

Just my two cents.

You can use Craigslist but you must send them to a landing page that links to your CPA offer. NO Direct links to Craigslist.

There are definitely different methods you can use. Some that I have used have been articule submissions, directory listings, classified postings, forum postings. Alot of it is manual but it can definitely work.

When I publish my ad on Craigslist, it is invisible. I tried with pictures, without pictures, with links, no links, nothing works.

Craigslist is not what it used to be before. We used to post 3000 ads a day on Craigslist and its almost impossible to do that now especially with links, etc.. What your seeing though is: ghosting. You have made too many posts on CL within a certain time frame and within a certain IP range or from your current IP. 2 ads per verified account per 24 hours per IP is what I can get away with these days. In addition, each ad or 2 must belong to its own corresponding account which needs to be telephone verified. You can buy these online, and go through all that, or just post 1 ad a day and follow the rules of Craigslist.

One thing to remember is have a way to track where visitors come from
to your site so you know whats working and whats not. That kills all debate
on what source is good or not since you will see for yourself. A free method
is StatCounter. StatCounter - Free Invisible Web Tracker, Hit Counter and Web Stats Put the code in your site.
You also may need capture pages depending on what you are marketing.
For tracking, follow up and list building.

Free traffic as everyone thinks, is BS. You can't expect to make money with free traffic when you start. I am not saying that it is not doable, I am saying that it is a tricky method that get no results most of the time.

If you are still looking for free traffic I would recommend starting a facebook page about your site. FB is holding a contest right now, they are giving away $50 in ad credit to any page with 50 likes, you can buy them if you want (that's what I did), or try to get people to like your page. Then once you get the $50 in ad credit you can advertise your page and once you get 100 likes they will give you an additional $100 in ad credit. Check my signature and you will see how it helped me out. I have a facebook social plugin on the bottom right side of my site. Just google "facebook marketing solution contest". Hope this helps.
