Create widgets that match the "look and feel" of your site. Then start testing different sorting methods to see which one earns you the most money. For example: Strictly EPC vs. Strictly Conversions, etc.

Just do a search for "Content Locking" there is a plenty of good advice on Warrior.

Reward site is best I think. But you have to know how to get it up and running which is the hardest part. If you want a real ninja method have your own facebook app created only for you!
