You can use any site, the site itself doesn't really matter. The only reason they ask for it is so they know where your traffic will be coming from, just tell them you do PPC and media buys when they call and you'll get in.

Believe it or not, you can actually get accepted without even having a site - but you really better be able to say the right things if you want that to happen.

On the other hand, there are ways to set yourself up so that you look like the kind of person that these CPA networks really want to have in their system. And by "set yourself up", you still don't have to buy you own site or know how to write any html. If done correctly, you can even setup a blog in 5 minutes and look absolutely great.

The big thing is that you want to appear professional to these networks, not like someone that heard about a hot new market and wants to try it out. If you've set yourself up to look like a professional, know how to answer their questions in a way that make you appear experienced, and you act like the kind of professional they want, then you won't have any problem.

And even if you do get turned down, there are still things you can do that will have them practically apologizing for turning you down in the first place.

Hang in there, because once you are accepted a whole new world open up. There are people making 6 figures in CPA marketing every day. But it all starts with getting accepted.

When you fill up the affiliate application form, there is usually a field where you can put any message for the administrators who will review and approve your application.

Tell them you’re going to run PPC direct linking so your website isn’t really all that applicable. Make it sound like you’re a seasoned CPA marketer. Tell them you’re already with a few other networks and someone said something good about them, and you want to try their offers out.

If you mean ClickBoath and FYI it's the worst network in i ever get into ... they never payed me and low custemer service but currently i'm doing well with CpaEmpire A.K.A. Affiliate.com and HydraNetwork, both of them pay on time and via paypal or wire or even checks if you want

Try to call first before they call you..

And make sure you ask to affiliate manager that you will campaign tru PPC

If you make a quick LLC or S-Corp or whatever, that will get you accepted to any place - it shows them you are serious.

Make a quick homepage for the LLC, with some kind of marketing name (no more than $100), and call them the day after you submit to make sure you get accepted. Tell them you get traffic through paid traffic, you will never be denied doing this.
