Why I can't open a few of 1stclasscpa Tracking Links?

I just become a member of 1stclasscpa , but I found that I can open the Preview link of a offer but can't open my Tracking Link ? why?

If you don't live in the country that the offer is targeting then it won't open for you.
So if your offer targeting USA visitors you can't view it from UK. Instead you will get redirected to another offer that works best for you or you will see an error page.

I have used a vpn , but still can't open the link.

some advertisers avoid vpn's because they can be used for fraud, so that would mean you're still redirected to another offer.
