Default Building A "free stuff" email list?

Hi,

does this sound like a good idea? Build a content site, do some article marketing etc and offer free cpa offers.

Basically you offer free offers on your site and capture these people for a email list where you send them more free offers. Does this sound like a doable plan or will your list eventually die and not open your emails anymore?

Sorry To Say that though it may work for a while, if that's all you are doing it most likely will be blocked as spam. Don't use the site itself for cpa offers,at least not the first pages. You can set up a page on the sites that you refer to and link to in the earlier pages that has your cpa creatives on it, but use the squeeze page optins to send the offers to.
Build the site to be a value added site and sell or review some type of service or product that will make optins need to hear from you again. (for further information on this product as well as my Top Products performance review click here - Leads to optin or autoresponder loaded with your offers) note that although you are promoting a product the chances are the buyers will be low on unique visitors, so a popunder asking them to see what other interesting things you know about will gather more optins. Again, DON"T just send the optins offers, give them value first ( as thanks for being on my list here's a highly respected ebook, or whatever, but take a look at this first)
It's a longer path but conversion is higher using the free offer as the backend is so different than what they normally see they are more likely to try your NEXT offer too.

I think it may work for the first few times, because the user will come to know after few times what it is actually about.

Excellent Advice.

I would just also add that if I had my choice of lots of free stuff leads or just a handful of high ticket item leads....well to be honest I would never want free stuff leads.

coupon niche may be a good revenue path.
