i tried to apply neverblue yesterday, i called them up immediately, answered their questions with the answer steve suggested. The website i show them is one of my site which promote physical products on amazon, and it looks like they dont like that. They want me to show them a site with CPA, so that is why I got denied.
I have a weight lost site and I am thinking I should just set it up with some CPA offer for weight lost and then I can start to apply other networks. Does it work?

Now you are on the right track. I just used a simple niche blog format (your own domain) and had multiple approvals in 48 hours.

Pick a general niche. Find some great content with some good searching on the web....be sure to put in your own words.

I do not know why more people do not use this strategy the advantages are...

easy approval
opt-in form for list building
variety of promotions...cpa, regular affililate links, sidebar ads, contextual ads, video, and free traffic.
You can send visitors to this type of site and never get accused of spamming.

You can even outsource it's creation and article/blog post creation.

Not only that....a site like this will gain value over time and can make you a nice lump sum if you decide to flip it for cash.

Just to complete the tips, i would like to give some tips that help me to get accepted in many cpa network (clickbooth, neverblue, cx digital media, maxbounty, pepperjam and more...)

- use your website that has the best alexa rank because traffic matters for cpa networks, with some ads

- tell them how you intend to promote their offers (write simething like this: " I am an expert in online marketing with over 4 years experience. I have launched several successful campaigns and I use a range of marketing methods article marketing, social networking on facebook myspace and youtube to drive a considerable number of targeted buyers to my websites.
I will also be using email marketing with my list of 3588 active subscibers")

- use your domain email (mail@yourdomain.com), avoid free email services because it is obvious that a professional internet marketer will not use a free email service. This really matters because I have noticed that I got rejected when I use a free email service then get accepted after reapplying with my domain email.

I recommend you to start with pepperjam because it easier to get accepted and you are paid twice a month with hundreds of great offers.

1. FTP the files to your server.

2. punch in yourdomain.com/install.php in your browser and press enter (assuming you FTP the files to your root)

where you can put any message for the administrators who will review
and approve your application.

Tell them you’re going to run PPC direct linking so your website isn’t
really all that applicable.

Make it sound like you’re a seasoned CPA marketer. Tell them you’re
already with a few other networks and someone said something good
about them, so you want to try out their offers.

Build a Site To Show CPA Networks

If you don’t have a site and you’re too lazy to build one from scratch,
there is a short cut.

I've a little trick where you get to set up a professional website in 5
minutes.

It’s simple and fast.

You download a free script, upload it to your hosting, a few clicks more
and you're done. It gives you a great site that most networks "love".
Last year, I tried this with Azoogle and I was approved in 24 hours!

If you need this little script, pm me and I'll send it to you free. For this
method to work, you need to get a domain name and get it hosted.

Call CPA Networks for Fast Approval

After you’ve sent in your application, you should receive their reply in
a short while.

Normally they’ll send a message to you through an autoresponder. Read
their message, find their phone number and call them immediately.

This is what you need to say over the phone:

“Hi, I’ve just signed up as an affiliate, and I want to talk to an affiliate
manager to get me approved”

When you’re on the line with an Affiliate Manager, tell him/her you’ve just
sent in your application and you would appreciate if he can get you
approved as soon as possible so that you can send traffic.

They might ask you a few simple questions like how did you find them, how
do you drive traffic, what offers do you plan to run with them etc....

Tell them your fellow members from Warrior Forum recommend them. A
couple of members there are having some success with their offers and
you’re planning to test some of those offers with your traffic.

Tell them you’re a ppc marketer and you do direct to merchant pay per clicks.

This is sufficient to “convince” them you know your stuff and to get you
approved.

Reply CPA Networks Questionnaire

A few CPA networks (normally bigger players in the market) will send you an
email requesting some information before they will approve your application.

If you need help, post it here. I'll help you with those questions.

Note: Non US residence needs to complete a W8-Ben form and submit to the
networks. If you need help to fill it up, let me know.

Buy some PLR content for your WP blog.

Networks have tons of offers in niches like dating, weight loss, education, payday loan, car insurance, most financial niche. Find PLR articles for any of those niche, set up a blog with 20-30 posts and start sending in your applications.

You answer this right, they will ask you one or two more question regarding it and then you are done.

I'm CPA newbie from hong kong, I was denied by several networks including xy7 that the ceo said they don't hire non US newbie. May I know which network welcome asian newbie? probably not..? Or....I should pretend to be experienced top marketer in order to get accpeted...? and how about after I am accepted......? my affiliate manger will know that....

Should I pay for some personal tutorial / purchase WSOs...but I might risk at buying nonsense ebooks which take me few steps closer to go bankrupt....
