Most of Ad Networks accept paypal so try to get paypal or you may get Moneymakers Debit card too to buy paid traffic ,

About offers , Its not about offer its about you your method your approach you should ask yourself what type of offers you can convert best , On PPC to be honest everything converts all you need is to figure out how

Have you tried doing some competitive keyword research? I find keywordspy.com to be extremely helpful in narrowing down offers to promote. It is a paid service, but a 1 month subscription will give you enough time to find some worth while keywords and offers.

If you're asking for best conversion offer, why not call up your AM? They have more updated news for you.

Don't direct link to CPA offers on Adwords unless their landing page is one that Adwords likes. (Which we dont know as they don't tell us.)

Adwords and CPA is tough now but still possible.

Same here. The other day I searched "win a free ipad" on Google and the very first first paid advertisement was a landing page that simply had a picture with a non-cloaked link to a Peerfly offer. I was thinking to myself "how the heck did this get approved?"

I'm assuming the person is banned or suspended now as the ad no longer shows up, but yeah it is possible.

Thanks for all of you replay. However, landing page is disappointed me. Which link I use on PPC campaign? Direct CPA network link which I get from my CPA network or another way like make this link shortlink.

If you want to know which offer has the best conversion rate, then your AM is your best friend. You can keep in touch with them on a daily basis if you want. If you don't convert and make money, then they don't make money.

Adwords is strict on a lot of things, especially direct linking to offers. It's possible though, but don't be surprised when one day you see your account banned.

If you want to try direct linking, try other adwords alternatives and see if they allow it.

Build the list first, promote later...

Send the PPC Traffic to your squeeze page and make people opt-in.

Then, you send CPA, CB offers to the subscribers. You will get higher conversions.
