I would also look into creating a Acne Report. Small Ebook. (you can use OpenOffice.org for free for creating PDFs)

You can then use that PDF as a free giveway with other regular acne affiliate product links.

Then link back to your blog that may have offers on it as well. Once to your blog you can have an opt-in form for creating your own leads instead of just watching them come and go forever.

I know of a good acne cpa you can find over at Health and Beauty Affiliate Programs by MarketHealth.com
They have a pretty good converting acne cpa.

What helps me a whole lot was Offervault.com(its free) they let you see lots of offers on most all the big networks you can see cost per lead offers and free trail offers, if your like me you will be looking at offers at lease 1 hour a day
