There's an alternate AC forum up at Unofficial Arbitrage Conspiracy Forum - Powered by vBulletin. It's kind of like the "official" AC forum but...

...there's no moderation before posts show up so it's fast, you can put affiliate links in your signature, discuss topics that might be screened out on the "official" forum, etc.

(If you're not a current AC student please do not try to register because it won't work - all members get verified)
