Can anyone tell me what the best CPA Network to start with that accept publisher from Philippines.? I am a newbie.

Best CPA Networks for newbies are definitely PeerFly and MaxBounty. When applying to these networks be honest that you are newbie, but let them know that you will be working hard to achieve your goals (I suppose you will, indeed ).

i would definitely go for peerfly. just show that you have decent cpa knowledge and how to drive traffic, be it SEO or paid methods. Be honest and show them you have nothing to hide and you should be well on your way

Warriors should really STOP suggesting networks that do not really approve newbies.

The TRUTH is even though you already went thru:
1. Giving all your personal information, like email, phone, SS, and DL to verifying you are a real person.
2. Indicated that you are a newbie in doing CPA but willing to learn and do it.
3. Followed up emailing and, or calling
They will not bother giving you a chance in a day, they would rather go with somebody who is not a newbie, maybe one that started with another network, has already been successful that would help them and not the other way around. Just like most businesses they reserve to choose their -peers and in this case not newbies.

So the Warriors that should be replying to this thread are those that are REAL Newbies also. Warriors that were approved with truly nothing on their belts about CPA network marketing and got approved otherwise don't.

I always call when signing up to a cpa network, because I think it makes it easier to get approved.

This what I am talking about earlier. If you see a post on top that praises peerfly, the rep here in WF right away gives a thank you response, but for these kinds of questions that are directed at them, NOTHING, Go Figure. A great preview of future support if ever you get in.
